Anxiety and Depression
“I overthink” is the most common phrase I hear from my clients in their first session.
Often, Anxiety leads to feeling debilitated by racing thoughts, worst case scenarios, perfectionism, compulsive behaviors, and avoiding situations, tasks, people, and places. You may struggle with being present and find yourself either constantly worrying about the future or ruminating about the past. It can be so challenging to maintain healthy boundaries and relationships when Anxiety has control over you. Anxiety and Depression go hand in hand and therefore, you will learn to cope with both. I encourage you to start here in a space of compassion and non-judgment.
